Anti-Radiation Easy Meal

Part of Joy Craddick’s no-more-cancer lifestyle, this dish is simple, nutritionally complete, and takes only seven minutes to prepare.

2 cups spring water or filtered water (500 ml)
1 organic carrot, grated
1 ounce organic ginger, grated (30 grams)
1 cup organic broccoli and/or cauliflower florets (250 ml)
handful of kelp or other tasty quick-cooking seaweed
2- 4 fresh shiitake or reishii or wild mushrooms, sliced
1 “brick” organic brown rice ramen noodles
2-3 tablespoons miso (30-45 ml)
2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar (30 ml)
sea salt to taste

While water comes to a boil, prepare vegetables. Add noodles, tofu, seaweed, mushrooms, and vegetables to water, cover, and cook 2-5 minutes or to taste.

Summer’s Evening Bath

2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
2 drops Chamomile (Roman) Essential Oil

For Bath: Add Essential Oils to a tub full of warm water and mix well.

For Sunburn: Add Essential Oils and 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar to a 4 ounce spritz bottle filled with water and spray on sunburn.

Using Epsom Salts in the Bath

Epsom salts are often used to cleanse and Exfoliate the skin, making it soft and invigorated. They also has been used by many to ease sore and stiff muscles.

Supplies:

1 cup Epsom salts
Water
Towel or sheet (optional)
Shower

Directions:

Pour one cup of Epsom salts into a small bowl, adding just enough water to make a paste.

Muscle Test For Food and Remedy Match

You may have seen people doing this in the health food store: One person is holding a product such as a bottle of Vitamins with one arm stretched out perpendicularly to their body, and another person is trying to push down on their arm.

They are practicing muscle testing, also known as kinesiology. The theory is that our muscles respond to many external as well as internal influences, becoming stronger or weaker.
